Covid-19 Virus


Due to the current Covid-19 crisis we are all facing, we want our customers to know that we are considered an “essential” business and therefore still operating as normally as possible, under the current restrictions. We are practicing the guidelines suggested by the CDC, while trying to provide the best service possible. Our office staff is working remotely, checking our email and voice mail messages, while also working on the other routine business tasks such as bookkeeping and scheduling.

Our techs in the field are also taking steps to avoid infection such as social distancing from the customer, as well as each other, wearing gloves and washing their hands regularly.

Regarding our pool openings and service for this season, we have been able to keep everything on schedule, so far. We hope we can continue to do so and provide a nice environment for our customers who plan to use their pool as a shelter-in-place area.

Can the COVID-19 virus spread through pools and hot tubs?

There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
